PRENATAL | A massage for the mother to be! The belly and back will be supported with pillows. The massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as leg cramps, stiff neck, back aches and adema. All efforts are made to ensure that you are completely comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Relax and unwind while you and your baby share in the calming benefits, leaving you feeling balanced, refreshed, and supported through your pregnancy.
CUPPING ADD-ON | Cupping is a therapeutic method using silicone, glass, or plastic cups to create gentle suction on the skin. This suction lifts the tissue, helping to boost circulation, relieve myofascial tension, and promote overall relaxation. Often incorporated into traditional massage sessions, cupping can support relief from tight muscles, chronic pain, and inflammation. Its effects can last from 1 to 10 days.
